Jashore University of Science and Technology (JUST) take part in the national diagnostic surveillance during COVID-19 pandemic in April 2020 and I have been working with this team as a co-principal investigator since then. With my previous experience in diagnostic microbiology, I have contributed to optimize the RT-PCT test for COVID-19 diagnosis. I am also providing scheduled training to the junior researcher who are participating in this diagnostic service periodically. JUST research group consists of Molecular biologist, Microbiologist, Epidemiologist, Biochemist, Nutritionist and Bioinformaticians. Our team efforts on COVID-19 related study may interest variable groups of readers from virology, molecular biology, biochemistry, cell biology, genomics, bioinformatics, clinical microbiology and epidemiology
