Message From Chairman

Welcome to the Department of Biomedical Engineering (BME) at Jashore University of Science and Technology (JUST). Our department was founded in 2016 and we want to create an environment of educational excellence, both in academic and research.

You’ll find a lively academic atmosphere in our department—including our faculty members, amiable staffs and specifically charming undergraduate students. Our teachers take pleasure in conveying their knowledge and intellectual passion to students. They also encourage students in thoughtful activities and the world around them, and in responding to students’ academic and pre-professional needs.

Biomedical Engineering lies at the interface between engineering with medicine and biology. The expertise of the faculty members of this department covers various fields’ ranges from biology, engineering to Nano technology.

We’re collaborating with our fellow faculty – the Faculty of Computing, Engineering to bring you the expert knowledge and hi-tech equipment you need to develop your expertise and skills in this field. You’ll get to go on invaluable industrial visits and internship (part of your four-year program), which will be added advantage in your profession life.

We are trying to arrange a host of specialists teaching the course from academics to engineers and scientists to enhance your learning experience in every month.

As the graduates of well reputed science and technology university in the country, we expect BME graduates of JUST to become leaders in their chosen areas in the country.
